Reservation & Cancellation Policy
To help us provide the best possible experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- 24+ hours’ notice: No charge.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service may apply.
- No-show appointments: The full service fee may apply.
A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
We understand that genuine emergencies happen, and in those situations, we will always review each case with care and flexibility.
