Located in Burlington, Ontario, our hair and beauty salon brings together a diverse group of highly trained stylists, each with their own strengths, specialties, and creative perspective. From precision cutting and modern colour techniques to hair extensions and makeup artistry, every service is delivered with skill and a commitment to results.
Led by industry veteran Carmen Commisso, our team blends experience with fresh talent, including the next generation of stylists being shaped through our in-house cosmetology school.
Carmen Commisso
Founder & Creative Director
Carmen brings over two decades of experience in the beauty industry. As a stylist, educator, and brand builder, he has established a distinct standard defined by precision, discipline, and consistency. His vision extends beyond salon services. He builds structure, designs systems, and creates a fully integrated client experience.
His approach to hair is a fusion of form engineering, deep structural understanding, and modern aesthetics. Every cut and style is developed through a detailed analysis of face shape, hair texture, and natural movement resulting in work that is not only refined and polished in the moment, but maintains its integrity and identity over time.
As founder, Carmen has positioned Meloo as a premium destination where detail, consultation, client experience, and consistency operate at the highest level. With a strategic mindset, he is building an ecosystem that connects education, talent development, and luxury service within a unified pathway.
As an educator, Carmen goes beyond teaching technique; he builds professional mindset, defines standards, and mentors a new generation of stylists grounded in precision, discipline, and commitment to excellence.

Master Hair & Makeup Artist, General Manager
As the Salon Operations Manager, Sahar plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, maintaining elevated brand standards, and creating a seamless, luxurious, and professional experience for both clients and team members. Her approach reflects a balance of leadership, operational precision, and artistic vision, contributing to the overall quality and cohesion of the salon.
With a background in owning and managing a beauty brand, she brings extensive experience in leadership, structure, and delivering high-level services. This foundation, combined with her organized and detail-oriented mindset, allows her to effectively manage both client experience and team performance.
Alongside her managerial role, Sahar is a Bridal Makeup & Styling Specialist with over 14 years of experience in the beauty industry. She specializes in creating refined, modern, and long-lasting looks, thoughtfully tailored to each individual. With a deep understanding of facial structure and harmony, every look is customized to enhance natural beauty.

William is the Education Director and Master Stylist, playing a key role in elevating technical standards, leading the salon’s educational direction, and developing the team’s skill set.
With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, he brings a refined combination of technical precision, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of hair.
With a background in owning and managing beauty businesses, William brings real-world leadership and operational insight that strengthens his approach to education and mentorship. His structured and purposeful approach makes him both a results-driven educator and a trusted stylist among his clients.
Advanced education with Oribe Hair Care, along with specialized training across Europe and North America, has shaped his global perspective and modern approach to hairstyling. As Education Director, he is responsible for mentoring stylists and maintaining a consistently high level of technical excellence within the salon.

William took the time to really assess my hair and, rather than simply going ahead with the perm, he educated me about my natural textur...e and showed me that I could achieve the look I wanted without using harsh chemicals. He gave me fantastic advice on hair care, styling, and maintenance, and recommended products that specifically suited to my hair. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and honest he was. He genuinely cared about the health of my hair and went above and beyond to make sure I understood how to work with my natural curls. Do you offer services for weddings or events?
«Yes. We offer updos and makeup for weddings and special events, both in-salon and on site. Bridal consultations are recommended to plan your look in advance.
Are all services available with every stylist?

Do you work with all hair types and textures?
«Yes. Our team has experience working with a wide range of hair types, textures, and conditions. We focus on understanding your hair and recommending the right approach for long-term results.
Do you offer services with junior stylists or students?
«Yes. Through our academy, select services are available at a reduced rate for clients open to working with supervised students in training, or graduates of the program. Discounted services are available when the academy is in session, typically from October through the end of June.
