A few things to know before selecting your service:
- If you’re new to Meloo Salon, or planning a major change, a separate consultation is strongly recommended.
- If you're booking hair smoothing or a perm for the first time with us, please start with a separate consultation.
- If you're a new guest, please call, email, or submit an appointment request form so that we can offer guidance.
When it doubt, just reach out. We want to be sure we reserve enough time for your visit.

If you have questions or want guidance during business hours, give us a call. Our front desk will help you choose the right service and match you with the right stylist.

If you have questions, aren’t sure what to book, or are reaching out outside of business hours, you can submit an appointment request form or email us.
This is the best option for new clients, major changes, or anyone who needs a little guidance before booking.

First Visit?
If this is your first time at Meloo Salon, here’s what to expect.
Arrive a few minutes early.

Be honest about your hair history
Previous colour, box dye, extensions, or treatments all impact your results. The more we know, the better we can plan.
Photos help
Bring inspiration, but keep an open mind. Your stylist will tailor the look to suit your hair, tone, and maintenance level.

How do I know which service to book?
«If you’re unsure what to book, we recommend starting with a consultation. Our team will assess your hair, discuss your goals, and guide you to the right service and stylist.
Do you offer services for weddings or events?
«Yes. We offer updos and makeup for weddings and special events, both in-salon and on site. Bridal consultations are recommended to plan your look in advance.
Are all services available with every stylist?
«Some services are offered by select stylists to ensure the best results. Our booking system and appointments page can guide you to the right match. When in doubt, contact our front desk.
Do you work with all hair types and textures?
«Yes. Our team has experience working with a wide range of hair types, textures, and conditions. We focus on understanding your hair and recommending the right approach for long-term results.
Do you offer services with junior stylists or students?
«Yes. Through our academy, select services are available at a reduced rate for clients open to working with supervised students in training, or graduates of the program. Discounted services are available when the academy is in session, typically from October through the end of June.
